Welcome to Bavarian M House. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Services Provided
Bavarian M House specializes in:
• Aircraft pre-purchase inspections
• Aircraft health checks (including visual inspections, rodent/weather damage checks, window cleaning, and pre-flight preparation)
• Digital condition reports with photos
• Advisory services for aircraft buyers, owners, brokers, and charter operators
All inspections are non-invasive unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not dismantle components without prior customer approval.
2. Booking & Payment
• Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, or cash.
• All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of service: No refund.
4. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure that the aircraft is accessible at the agreed inspection location.
• Provide accurate aircraft details before the inspection.
• Ensure all necessary permissions are granted for us to access and inspect the aircraft.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Bavarian M House provides professional opinions based on the condition of the aircraft at the time of inspection.
• We are not responsible for defects or issues that could not be reasonably detected during a non-invasive inspection.
• Our reports are advisory and should not replace a full maintenance review or compliance check.
6. Confidentiality
All client information, inspection results, and reports are confidential and will not be shared without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
